Guest Chef Hideaki Sato from Restaurant Ta Vie in Hong Kong focuses on the combination of Japanese and French top cuisine. Guest Chef Tristin Farmer, Former Executive Chef of Restaurant Zén in Singapore, also focuses on Japanese, but in combination with Nordic cuisine and enchants his guests with a truly exceptional taste experience.
