Executive Chef Fabrizio Piantanida
Executive Chef Fabrizio Piantanida spoils all guests of the Grand Hotel Kronenhof. Inspired by the Italian Mediterranean cuisine, he and his team of 22 chefs pamper the guests with creative dishes. His earlier career included professional positions as Executive Chef at the Bürgenstock Park Hotel luxury resort in Lucerne and at the five-star hotel Vitznauerhof on the shores of Lake Lucerne.
