Executive Chef Salvatore Frequente

Salvatore Frequente, Executive Chef of the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz, returned to his old roots on 1 June 2023. In summer on the lake at the Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona and in winter on the mountain in the Engadin, he is now once again making his mark on the culinary scene of the Swiss premium hotel group. From 2009 to 2019, Sicilian-origin Salvatore Frequente was part of the Tschuggen Collection for ten years, during which he held various positions within the group. Frequente brings a great deal of expertise to his new dual role in two of the four hotels and provides culinary delights at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz during the winter months.
