In the two restaurants, gourmets will be treated to a multi-faceted and sophisticated fare. Executive Chef Michel Hojac impresses here with culinary talent and ideas born of local and international influences. During the winter months, Rolf Fliegauf and his entire team move into the kitchen of the gourmet restaurant Ecco St. Moritz at the Giardino Mountain, where he amazes guests with his aromatic cuisine. This winning concept has already been awarded two Michelin stars.
Executive Chef Michel Hojac
In both restaurants at the Giardino Mountain, Executive Chef Michel Hojac delights his guests in two ways. At the Hide & Seek, diners are offered international flavour experiences inspired by Ayurvedic principals, whilst at the traditional Engadine Stüva, typical Grison specialities are very much on the menu. In both concepts, mainly local ingredients and indigenous herbs are used.
