The Martel wine expert and Pinot enthusiast takes us on a winter journey to the highlights of the wine region. We start in northern Chablis, travel via the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune to southern Mâconnais, and from there make a detour to the Beaujolais region. Along the way we discover trendy wines and enjoy absolute top rarities, matured Grand Crus from the Martel treasure trove. During this exciting and highly exclusive tasting at the Hotel Waldhaus Sils Maria, we will taste four white wines and five red wines that will absolutely delight us Burgundy specialists.
