The setting for this unique dinner is the beautiful Hotel Waldhaus Sils, which invites the two exceptional chefs Julien Royer and Emmanuel Renaut into the kitchen. The German star chef Stefan Stiller from the Taian Table restaurant in Shanghai focuses on top European cuisine with Asian flair. Guest Chef Juan Amador also has roots in Germany, in addition to his Spanish heritage, and combines the sophistication of French haute cuisine with influences from Catalan-Basque cuisine.
