Gourmet Safari

Five festival partner hotels, five exclusive courses: the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival “Gourmet Safaris” are legendary. Here as well, the theme in 2023 is “Middle Eastern Cuisine”. A guest chef or a local chef will cook for the guests who will be able to enjoy one course of the menu seated directly at the Chef’s Table in the kitchen of each participating hotel. First-class wines, perfectly matched with the menu, round off the gourmet experience. The gourmet tour starts at the Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz accompanied by an experienced ranger. Guests will then depart on a culinary expedition, driven in style in luxurious Porsche vehicles. For the crowning finale, all the guests will meet at the “Badrutt's Palace Hotel” and enjoy the last course - a delicious dessert - together. An enjoyable and entertaining tour for all gourmets who appreciate variety!
