Executive Chef Mauro Taufer
Mauro Taufer has been Executive Chef at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz since 2016. In this role; he is responsible for the culinary delights served at all seven restaurants in the Kulm Hotel. He is well-known for his balancing act between Italian, Asian, Peruvian as well as local cuisine and appreciates the diversity of the culinary offers at Kulm Hotel. Personally, Taufer cultivates classical French cuisine, using it as a basis for his creative dishes and combining it with Italian Mediterranean influences. He previously gained practical experience at the Hotel Gritti Palace and the Hotel Danieli in Venice as well as in other internationally famous establishments.
