The restaurants at the Grand Hotel Kronenhof offer a wide variety of culinary delights: in the Grand Restaurant, one of the most beautiful neo-baroque restaurants in the Swiss hotel industry, guests can dine and enjoy a sensational wine list with the region's most impressive wines - it is not unusual to find the finest wines. The award-winning gourmet restaurant Kronenstübli with 16 GaultMillau points also serves an outstanding dinner. Visitors can enjoy a light lunch in the sun on the wooden terrace of the pavilion. For a decade, chef Fabrizio Piantanida has been delighting guests at the Grand Hotel Kronenhof with his culinary expertise. His cuisine is a fused ode to classic French and traditional Italian gastronomy, spiced up with Mediterranean influences. Together with his team, he creates creative dishes, often inspired by his travel experiences. A passionate fisherman and mushroom picker, Piantanida is known for his dedication to using local and fresh market produce in his cuisine.
