Executive Chef Salvatore Frequente
Salvatore Frequente, Executive Chef of the Tschuggen Collection, is returning to his old roots. In summer on the lake and in winter on the mountain, he is now making his mark on the culinary scene once again. Frequente brings with him a wealth of expertise, most recently as Director of F&B at the Mandarin Oriental in Munich. Part of the Mandarin Oriental Group since summer 2015, his career has taken him through world-renowned luxury hotel chains.
