During the winter months, Rolf Fliegauf will be performing at the Ecco St. Moritz in the Hotel Giardino Mountain and so enhances the festival programme for the third time with this outstanding culinary event. At the centre of Rolf Fliegauf’s unmistakable aroma cuisine and his multiple award-winning Ecco restaurant concept, is the natural taste of select seasonal ingredients, to which he adds unexpected and intense indulgence in skilful combination. After the aperitif in the bar-lounge of Giardino Mountain, a long table awaits guests in the restaurant at Ecco, inviting them to partake of the Tavolata in an informal setting. Culinary delicacies will be served in four acts, also with an à la carte course, augmented with perfectly-matched fine wines.
