His newest and most innovative project thus far, CheCha Restaurant & Club, features an in-house alpine Patisserie “Le Cake” and the outdoor club “Blizzard Beach” within the unique club atmosphere of the premises. Located on the alpine plateau Salastrains in St Moritz, the renowned starred Swiss Chef personally welcomes winter sports enthusiasts, epicureans and locals and tantalizes their taste buds with local authentic products. In addition to the legendary Mathis Truffle classics, the menu features regional dishes and innovative vegan creations. Staying true to the Mathis motto “a unique experience at an exceptional location” the CheCha offers a new culinary horizon.
