Five festival partner hotels, five exclusive courses: For over three decades, the Safaris have delighted numerous gourmets with their unique concept. In each hotel, guests are cooked for by one of the guest chefs or a local chef and are allowed to enjoy a course directly at the Chef's Table in the kitchen or a special location of our partner hotel. First-class wines, perfectly matched to the menu, round off the gourmet experience. The gourmet tour starts at the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel. Accompanied by an experienced ranger, you will then embark on culinary expeditions in style in luxurious Porsche vehicles. For the crowning finale, the guests meet at the "Kulm Hotel St. Moritz" and enjoy the last course together - a delicious dessert. An enjoyable and entertaining tour for all gourmets who love variety!
