Grand Julius Baer Opening




The glamorous Grand Julius Baer Opening at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz offers guests a fantastic opportunity of getting in the mood for the nine-day festival. Guest Chefs and Local Chefs will be serving initial samples of their varied culinary skills and offer the opportunity for guests to talk with them. After the champagne reception, guests can look forward to sampling delicacies served on different “gourmet islands” in the magnificent Corviglia Hall of the Grand Hotel. These will be prepared by guest Chefs Renu Homsombat, Judy Joo, Bel Coelho, Carolina Bazán and Lanshu Chen, as well as by the multi-award-winning Executive Chefs from the partner hotels. Furthermore, Claudia Canessa and Tim Raue from the Fine-Dining-Experience Cuisines at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz will also spoil the guests with their creations. The subsequent party will be accompanied by select champagnes and wines and live music.
