A perfect symbiosis created from a six-course menu and spectacular white and excellent red wines: the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz, together with Smith & Smith, invites guests to a culinary experience in a class of its own. Elio Gastaldello from Château Cos d'Estournel, which is surrounded by over 90 hectares of vineyards, is the guest winemaker and will be on site. Their wines are characterized by an exceptionally high proportion of Merlot, which is rather rare for Médoc. The generous use of new barrels further emphasizes the powerful and sensual wines. This provides the perfect setting for the dishes of exceptional chef Kristian Baumann from Denmark.
