It is a winery that has been setting standards on the eastern periphery of Italy for three decades - with racy white wines such as the Sauvignon Ronco delle Mele, but also exciting and multi-award-winning reds made from Merlot and the local varieties Refosco and Schioppettino. In the kitchen, Heiko Nieder (2 Michelin stars, 19 GaultMillau points), and his great virtuosity, will conjure up an unparalleled total and complete work of art in four courses to combine perfectly with the wines.
