Five festival partner hotels, five exclusive courses: the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival “Gourmet Safaris” are legendary. The theme of course: “Middle Eastern Cuisine”.
A guest chef or a local chef will cook for the guests who will be able to enjoy one course at each participating hotel -  seated directly at the Chef’s Table in the kitchen. First-class wines, perfectly matched with the menu, will round off the gourmet experience. The gourmet tour starts at the Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St. Moritz accompanied by an experienced ranger. The guests will then depart on a culinary expedition, driven in style in luxurious Porsche vehicles. For the crowning finale, all the guests will meet at the Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz and enjoy the last course - a delicious dessert - together. An enjoyable and entertaining tour for all gourmets who appreciate variety!
