Hotel Steffani and Maître Antony, the world’s best “éleveur de fromages”, will be offering two incomparable epicurean evenings. The charming native Alsatian will personally serve his “Cérémonie de Fromages” in the vaulted Steffani wine cellar. In addition to an unimaginable choice of select cheese specialties, the guests will also be able to sample an equally wide range of wines, be it a noble rarity from the Steffani cellar or an exclusive drop from the ranges of festival sponsors Martel AG St.Gallen and Caratello Weine St.Gallen.
