We are looking forward to the top chef from the Turkish culinary scene – Musa Dağdeviren!
He opened his restaurant “Çiya” in 1987 in Istanbul. Since then, he has been cooking dishes of recipes collected from cooks and housewives in every region of Turkey, using only seasonal products from small regional producers and farmers. In 2018 he was portrayed in the popular Netflix food documentary series “Chef’s Table”. His 2019 cookbook, “The Turkish Cookbook”, serves as a reference guide to the richness of Turkey’s culinary culture. It has already been translated into German, French and Spanish.
