Every year, the Gourmet Dîners in the stylish restaurants of the partner hotels are some of the outstanding moments of the festival week’s enjoyments. Here, with a five-course menu or à la carte, and with a choice of the perfect wine accompaniment, epicures savour the individual cooking skills of each one of the nine Japanese guest master chefs. Everything without having to travel to the USA, to different European countries, or to Japan.
