Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti
In May 2015, Fabrizio Zanetti became Chef de Cuisine at the Suvretta House. The 35-year-old was born in St. Moritz and completed his apprenticeship in the kitchens of the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel. He then worked in the lowlands before leaving to discover the world. But he always kept coming and going to the Engadine. A formative experience in Fabrizio Zanetti’s career was working in star-crowned kitchens such as the Baur au Lac in Zurich and the Castello del Sole in Ascona, to name just a few. At the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains in St. Moritz he achieved 15 GaultMillau points. Further highlights in Fabrizio Zanetti’s career were positions at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill in London as well as with the Kempinski Group in China. His cuisine features alpine and local specialities, thus reflecting his roots in the Engadine and south-eastern Switzerland.
