Look forward to an alpine gourmet lunch by master chef Reto Mathis on Corviglia at an altitude of 2,486 m. To accompany it you will be offered à la carte tastings from Gebhard Hämmerle Fine Spirits and the ‘cheese pope’ Maître Antony, éleveur de fromages. The new lounge restaurant ‘De Fät Moonk’ on the top floor of Mathis Food Affairs, offers its services for aperitifs or digestifs. The interior decoration combines traditional natural Engadine materials with a modern style – an appropriate setting for Mathis’ ‘Contemporary Alpine cuisine’. Relish your cigars here as you relax in style in this cosy place after dinner.
