Chef pâtissier Stefan Gerber will create countless titbits of the finest chocolate. The ten-metre buffet offers culinary delights for every taste, whether fruity and sweet or bitter. It’s best to taste a little of each of these smooth, melting temptations. Furthermore, Sepp Fässler, the chef chocolatier of the renowned, traditional Confiserie Sprüngli, will compose your own chocolate creations with you. Choose among the different high-grade ingredients and mix them with the tempering Sprüngli grand cru chocolates. You will be delighted!
