«Yokoso Nippon» – a cordial welcome to Japan!
Japanese cuisine offers an incredibly rich culinary variety that can be discovered in the Upper Engadine from 25th to 29th January! During this week, Japanese master chefs will surprise with exceptional and pleasurable experiences, alongside the local master chefs of the partner hotels! Unexpected Far Eastern culinary delights for all the senses in an incomparable festival culture await epicures at an altitude of 1,800 m: The Grand Opening at the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains will be an enjoyable start, followed by the individual Gourmet Dîners and the Gourmet Safaris, the legendary Kitchen Party at the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, as well as further special events and tastings. The crowning event of this festival week will be the Great BMW Gourmet Finale, taking place with all the master chefs at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz.
Please make a note of our Festival in your calendar! Advance booking of event tickets will start on 1st December 2015.
Until then, on our website and on Facebook we will be glad to provide you with current news about the guest chefs, the complete festival programme and the attractive special arrangements of our partner hotels.
We look forward to welcoming you at the 2016 St. Moritz Gourmet Festival!
