The setting for this unique dinner is the amazing Badrutt's Palace Hotel, which invites the two exceptional chefs Alexandre Gauthier & Kanji Kobayashi into the kitchen. Guest Chef Alexandre Gauthier from the restaurant “La Grenouillère” in the north of France cooks under the motto “Radically regional” and has helped shape contemporary French top cuisine. Guest Chef Kanji Kobayashi from Villa Aida in Wakayama, Japan, focuses on the Italian “Campanismo” culture, where only ingredients from the immediate surroundings are used and cooks Italian-inspired dishes that are firmly rooted in his Japanese culture, always under the motto of “Agrigastronomy” - a concept where vegetables always take center stage. A six-course menu, created and inspired by the cuisine of different regions by two top chefs, not to be missed!
