For the third time now, top chef Rolf Fliegauf is inviting guests to the “Ecco Tavolata” event at the “Ecco St. Moritz” restaurant inside the “Giardino Mountain” hotel: a unique culinary event for gourmets. Fliegauf, once the youngest two-star chef in Europe, is the founder and Executive Chef of the Ecco restaurants in St. Moritz and Ascona. Like no other, he combines seasonal products and experiments with different textures - however the ingredients always retain their original taste. This purist aromatic cuisine has already earned him two stars in the Michelin Guide for both Ecco restaurants. After a shared aperitif in the “Giardino Mountain” bar lounge, the “Ecco Tavolata” guests will take their seats at a long table in the restaurant. The perfect setting, to enjoy master chef Fliegauf’s star-rated cuisine in an informal atmosphere. A four-course menu will be served with accompanying wines.
